The Mumbai Saga is apparently inspired by real events. I think there is a fascinating story of how the contours and consciousness of the city shifted in 1996 and what was lost when Bombay became Mumbai. But Sanjay is not really interested in that. Its purpose is to glorify people and weapons. But the tools in its arsenal – brilliant editing, green tone filters and noisy pain sound design (there’s not a car in this movie that doesn’t scream up to a stop) are too limited to fill the hole that is history. You can watch the Mumbai Saga at a theater near you. Do not forget to wear a mask!

Overall, the Mumbai Saga is a good masala price for the masses, but has a limited attraction for classes and family audiences. Its title further limits its appeal as ‘Saga’ is not a word commonly used in English and also because ‘Mumbai’ in the title makes it the most important story for the Bombay audience.

Mumbai Saga, for all her guts and anger, goes wet and soft, to the finale. It is a younger brother that the hero is determined to save from harm. Trapped on the surface and clicked tropes, the film itself could have used an act of rescue.

Mumbai Saga is definitely a good hour if you go to the movies just to relax for a while. Go, enjoy the action and come back. Don’t get too much inspiration from this saga, don’t put pressure on your brain after watching it.

Many of them work because they come from strong and motivated characters, though, a lot too. Their conflicts are relentless and interesting, especially because it shows Mumbai’s troubled past, which is extremely true. The first part is especially engaged with John Abraham defeating the bad guys and everything else in the process. But in trying to make it a cauldron of crime greater than life, Gupta also falls prey to the curse of the second half. Here, some of the plot twists, conflicts and complications become extremely difficult to deal with. However, there are plenty of paisa-vasool actions, emotions and plenty of weapons.

The 127-minute film is usually low on brain work, but always explodes from the bomber. Filled with Sanjay Gupta’s trademark thrives – aphoristic dialogue, massive close-up shots, shots of men walking off chest and slow-moving camera, scenes shot through a yellow jaundice filter – Mumbai Saga works hard for fulfill its title.

The Mumbai Saga is simply for entertaining the hungry Bollywood souls who love action and are mesmerized by Bollywood donuts and cops. As said earlier Mumbai Saga is a massive crowd delighted with the actions of two well-known stars – John Abraham, Emraan Hashmi, bajali bajao dialogues, good action. The reason we visit those single screens.

The direction of Sanjay Gupta is convenient. He treats history in a very dramatic and entertaining way and tries his best to take care of the lowest denominator. As a result, he specifies the narrative with massive moments in abundance. Overall, MUMBAI SAGA is a movie that deserves to be experienced on the big screen. It is decorated with massive moments, clashes of worthy dialogue, unexpected twists and lots of style. At the checkout, she will find patronage in cinemas and bring smiles back to the faces of distributors and exhibitors.
